Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of KickSage (the “Service”), operated under idleboard.com (“we”, “us”). The binding Turkish version is the Kullanım Koşulları; this English copy is provided for users outside Türkiye and for OAuth / store verification.
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
KickSage is a social fantasy football prediction app and mini-game platform. The in-app currency (“chips”) is virtual; it has no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. KickSage is not a gambling, betting, or money-prize service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction).
- You may keep only one account. Multi-accounting, automated bots, and using another person's credentials are prohibited.
- You are responsible for your password and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Chip Economy & Pay-to-Win Rule
Chips are tracked in two separate buckets:
- Earned chips: obtained by playing — correct predictions, achievements, daily wheel, mini-games, daily tasks. These are the only chips that can be spent on game entries (rooms, predictions).
- Purchased chips: bought through Apple App Store or Google Play. Usable only for cosmetics, room-creation passes, or gifting friends — they cannot enter prize pools or buy boosts that influence outcomes.
Chips are personal to your account, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the “gift to friend” feature with its daily limits.
4. Purchases & Refunds
- All purchases are processed by Apple or Google — their refund and consumer policies apply.
- For purchases that did not credit chips due to a technical issue, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.
- Closing or deleting your account voids any remaining chips. Chips have no cash value.
5. Prohibited Conduct
We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in any of the following:
- Bots, scripts, emulator manipulation, multiple accounts.
- Match-fixing or coordinated predictions designed to game prize pools.
- Identity fraud, stolen payment methods, charge-back abuse.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or copyrighted content in chat / room names / usernames.
- Reverse engineering, scraping the API, leaking private endpoints, or attempting to bypass rate limits.
6. Expert Coupons (UGC)
Top-ranked users on the seasonal leaderboard may sell prediction coupons in exchange for chips. Sellers warrant their advertised accuracy is genuine; manipulating stats or selling coordinated coupons is grounds for permanent exclusion from the coupon system.
7. Intellectual Property
The KickSage name, logo, design, mini-game mechanics, and database belong to the operator. By posting user-generated content (chat messages, coupons, usernames) you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content as part of the Service.
8. Disclaimers
Match scores and statistics come from third-party providers and are offered “as is”. We are not liable for delays, errors, or missing data from those sources, nor for resulting chip / point adjustments. We may change, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.
10. Termination & Data Deletion
You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account in-app. After deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised under the timelines described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes are subject to Turkish consumer-protection authorities; other disputes are subject to the courts and execution offices of İstanbul Çağlayan.
